Important Points:
- We will contact you by telephone to complete the scheduling process.
- During the call, we will very briefly go over your appointment request screener form, schedule your appointment, and obtain credit card information from you to use as payment for services rendered.
- Your card will not be charged until the morning of your appointment
- You will receive a confirmation email moments after scheduling your appointment. READ IT IN ITS ENTIRETY.
- The confirmation email with contain attached documents that we must have in our possession from you no less than 24 hours before your appointment. This allows us time to review your paperwork for completion before you are seen.
- 72 hours before your appointment, you will receive an email with important information, including how to access our virtual office. This email will also have symptom rating scales attached to it. Please open it and read it in its entirety.
- We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made after the 48-hours to the date/time of appointments are charged the full cost for the appointment.
- Appointments must made electronically on the APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION page of our website. Please do not call our office to cancel an appointment.
- To reschedule a canceled appointment, please call our office.
- **The Fort Christian Psychiatric Center does not check emails after hours. Emails are checked periodically during our normal hours of operation (Mon - Thu from 7 AM until 7 PM).**
